Every document, personal detail, and financial record you share with us is handled with institutional-grade care — because the trust you place in us when writing a check is the same trust we extend to protecting your data.
How Your Documents Are Protected
256-Bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL — the same standard used by major financial institutions and the federal government.
Encrypted Storage
Documents uploaded to the SmartPlex investor portal are stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Files are never stored on local servers or unprotected systems.
Restricted Access
Your documents are accessible only to verified SmartPlex team members for the sole purpose of accreditation review. No third party, advertiser, or outside entity has access to your files.
Retention Policy
Accreditation documents are retained for a minimum of five years following the close of the offering as required by SEC Rule 506(c) compliance standards. After the retention period documents are securely deleted.

Investor Portal Security Features
- •Password-protected access — your portal account is secured by the password you created at registration
- •Manual approval required — all investor accounts are reviewed and approved by SmartPlex before portal access is granted
- •Two-layer accreditation gate — investment submission requires both admin-verified accreditation and a countersigned subscription agreement before funds can be committed
- •Session security — your portal session automatically expires after a period of inactivity
- •Secure document delivery — all documents in the data room are served over encrypted connections and are not publicly accessible
SEC Rule 506(c) Compliance
This offering is conducted pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. SmartPlex Development LLC is required by law to take reasonable steps to verify the accredited investor status of all participants. Document collection and retention practices are designed to satisfy these verification requirements. All investor records are maintained in accordance with applicable federal securities regulations.
